Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
If certain items have been damaged such as the sneaker box, the sneaker itself, laces, etc. ; the product cannot be returned.
If the product is not up to your standards you can return the product, but we will need further proof.
If the product is found to be in good condition (box, materials, stitching etc.) then the product cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
    To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
    There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
  • Products with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces/parts, for reasons beyond storejustfashion control and how the products are processed/delivered.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If you have not yet taken possession of the goods, we will refund the amount once you have taken possession of the goods.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued, then contact your bank. Often there is a processing period before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@storejustfashion.com.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same item, email us at service@storejustfashion.com, and if you receive approval, please send the item to the designated return address.

To remember:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse the parcel for reasons beyond storejustfashion control, you are not eligible for a return or refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you. If you are sending an item over $500, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
